Venerable Traga Rinpoche, our beloved, wise, and compassionate spiritual director, has advised us to create a permanent home for our Center in
Albuquerque. He has worked and taught tirelessly to build our spiritual community here, and he has said that we should work to ensure
that the Center here flourishes and remains for many future generations,
because the Center will benefit all who come to visit it. The Center contains precious statues, scriptures, and holy objects, which
foster peace and love in the minds of all those who see them. Open to all, the Center functions as a place of refuge for those who are
seeking peace of mind, and a place of growth for those seeking spiritual development.
By giving generously now to support this effort, we create opportunities for countless people in future generations to pursue a spiritual
path.

RigDzin Dharma Foundation has been an important force in Buddhism in Albuquerque for the last five years,
providing teachings, varied opportunities for practice, and a quiet place of refuge for those seeking to learn
about and practice Dharma. Our excellent teachers have brought so much wisdom to the local community,
leaving an indelible imprint through their teachings.
Now, we are seeking to continue our legacy of making dharma accessible to many beings.

We made a $30,000 down payment on the Center in May 2010, financing the remainding $100,000 over 5 years
Mortgage payments = $400 month with an annual balloon payment of $20,000 due June 1st each year through 2014
